What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom OEM/ODM orders?
Our standard MOQ for custom small home appliances is 500 to 1,000 units depending on the specific product category and CMF requirements. For initial sample evaluation or trial orders, lower quantities are negotiable.
Can I request samples and how long is the sample lead time?
Yes, we strongly encourage sample testing before formal mass production. Stock samples take 1-3 business days, while custom OEM/ODM samples take about 7-10 business days.
If I share my design sketches or 3D drawings, can you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. Intellectual property protection is our highest priority. We can execute a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before inspecting your technical drawings, 3D STEP files, or product brief.
What international safety and quality certifications do your factories hold?
Our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. Depending on your target export market, our products meet 3C, CE, CB, ETL, RoHS, FCC, and REACH compliance standards.
What format of design files do you require for new product development?
We prefer 3D CAD files in STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), or SolidWorks formats, accompanied by 2D vector drawings (PDF or DWG) specifying dimensions, material tolerances, and surface finish (CMF) requirements.
How long is the standard mass production lead time?
Standard mass production lead time is 25 to 35 calendar days following golden sample approval and deposit receipt. Expedited manufacturing channels can be arranged for urgent market launches.
How do you handle quality control and defect rate guarantees?
We execute a 4-stage inspection standard (IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC) adhering to AQL 1.0/2.5. Any defective items exceeding agreed contract limits are fully covered under our factory replacement guarantee.
Can you assist with customized CMF (Color, Material, Finish) options?
Yes. Our industrial design team provides full CMF prototyping including Pantone color matching, metallic electroplating, soft-touch matte coating, and high-precision laser logo engraving.
Do you provide custom export packaging and retail box artwork design?
We offer end-to-end packaging engineering, including drop-test certified retail gift box structural design, barcode/serial printing, and multi-language instruction manual layout.
What warranty and spare parts support do you provide after delivery?
All OEM/ODM shipments include 1%-2% free FOC (Free of Charge) quick-wear spare parts or critical components, backed by a comprehensive 12-month factory quality warranty.
